Neon were a late 70's new wave band from the North East of England. There's so much good stuff written about them that we decided not to reinvent the wheel. 

Fun Fact - They recently appeared on "Punk 45: I’m A Mess! D-I-Y Or Die! Art, Trash and Neon – Punk 45s In The UK 1977-78"
