This is a rare reissue of a cassette culture masterpiece. Originally released in 1989, Tim has finally dragged it from the Stone Premonitions archive, lovingly restored, remastered and repackaged as a CD and digital release. This album is a stirring reminder of the wonders that could be discovered in the treasure trove of the English cassette culture underground of the 1980's. It's political, ascerbic, melodic and poignant. It addresses the malaise of the UK in the 1980's  and draws a disdainful picture of Thatcher's Britain hence the title "Chatter-H". Let's not forget, we were immersed in it at the time. Musically it is wondferfully low fi, intriguing, melodic and yearns for what would come later in the form of the Rabbits Hat and Census of Hallucinations.
